Senator French objected. The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action?" The roll was taken with the following result: HB 92 Shall the Senate Rescind its action in failing HB 92? YEAS: 16 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Green, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Olson, Stedman, Stevens, Therriault, Wagoner, Wielechowski, Wilken Nays: Ellis, Elton, French, Thomas and so, the Senate rescinded its previous action. 2008-04-10 Senate Journal Page 2785 HOUSE BILL NO. 92 was before the Senate in third reading on final passage.
